No, all the price quoted are upfront and all-in fees unless additional services are requested.

All our VAs undergo a strict assessment and training process before on-boarding. Non-disclosure agreements are also signed for every client.
We will bill you at the beginning of every month and payment will have to be settled within 7 days.
We do offer a one-time replacement at no additional costs within 90 days!
After making sure we are on the same page with the required job description, we will then start sourcing for the right candidate. We'll sort out all the applicants, and pick the best 10. The candidates will then take tests like personality tests and English proficiency examinations.
If they succeed, we'll interview them and select the top 3. We'll arrange a meeting with you to conduct the final interview after sending you their resume and test results.
